About Hunter Tree Farm lot
Hunter Tree Farm lot is a tree nursery in Seattle, Washington. It is listed at Seattle, WA 98115, which places it among the local businesses of Seattle that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
Garden centers and plant nurseries sell annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees, vegetables and houseplants, along with soil, mulch, fertilizer, pots and tools. Independent nurseries often grow part of their own stock and carry varieties that do well in the local climate, while big-box garden departments compete on price for common plants. Wholesale nurseries and growers sell to landscapers and sometimes to the public at volume prices; tree nurseries sell balled-and-burlapped and container trees and can deliver and plant large specimens. Specialty growers focus on bonsai, cactus and succulents, orchids or native plants, and hydroponics stores sell lights, nutrients and systems for growing indoors.

Seattle is in Washington, in the Pacific Northwest, where winters are mild and wet, summers are dry and pleasant, and outdoor recreation drives a lot of local business; hours change little through the year. Getting around Seattle is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Washington's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Truly Terrible! The tree selection was awful and overpriced. The trees were unattractive and some of them had large sections that were completely brown with needles dropping. We should have left, but there was one tree that looked nice. It was larger than we wanted, but we didnβt want to drive around looking for a tree. We bought it, and I now know that was a huge mistake. Once we got it home, we put it in its stand in water immediately, as they had cut the trunk bottom at the lot. I checked on it three hours later, and it had not taken up any water. I checked again before going to bed, and it still had not taken up any water. It was the same this morning. There is no way this is a freshly cut tree. It is already starting to take on the appearance of a dry and droopy tree that has been in the house for weeks. I tried calling them this morning, and there was no answer. Do yourself a favor and avoid this awful place!

Hunter Farms is a wonderful family owned business with a very personal touch. My family has been visiting this Christmas tree lot for over 25 years. The trees are extremely fresh and healthy. The service is incredible: friendly, patient, and nice. I never shop at other tree lots, but for what you get, Hunterβs prices are very reasonable. This year I stopped by to get a Charlie Brown tree and received the 5 star treatment from everyone! We have many happy memories from our annual visits to the best tree lot in the Seattle area. Make it your familyβs tradition.

The trees are pricier than Home Depot/Fred Meyer but the quality and selection are way better. You're guaranteed to leave with the perfect tree! A+ service with the machine tree shaker + fresh cut + baling + loading/securing your tree to your vehicle. We will definitely be back again next year!!!

If I could give Hunter's Tree Farm 100 Stars I would! I don't know how long they have had their seasonal tree lot on 35th, but my family has been going here since I was a child. Picking out the perfect tree is part of our annual holiday traditions! They have a great selection - all types and sizes available at reasonable prices. (This year we got a 5 foot Noble Fir.) They also have Wreaths, Garland, and more. This year we also got a beautiful bough Cross to take to the cemetery. I did a flocked tree from them once and it was beautiful with heavy flock all over. (Way easier and less messy than doing it yourself!) Stellar service too. Their workers will help you select a tree. They will pull them out and let you see all sides. They are patient and will show you all the trees you want to look at. They put it on a machine to shake off any loose needles, they trim the top and bottom if wanted, they put it in a net and they tie it to the top of the car for you. And they do it with a smile. Thanks, Hunter's Tree Farm, for making our Holidays merry & bright - and our halls totally decked each year!

Gave up after looking around for 20 min.... No offer to help or even a hello, let alone a Christmas greeting... Have been getting trees here since 1979.... Things have changed... Saw the "help" talking, laughing by the shed ( The Boys ) had no care to help or make a buck.... Ended up going to Home Depot and got best customer service ever... WOW! At 50% off too??? This tree @ Hunters would have been $120.00+
